London Film Academy - Student Statistics

Student Statistics

LFA Transparency Return 2022

1. Introduction

The Office for Students requires all English higher education providers to publish data showing attainment data in a prescribed format.  The information published on this pages shows the number of UK domiciled students who attained a particular undergraduate degree or other academic award, or a particular level of such an award, on completion of their course with us.  It also shows these numbers by reference to:

  • their ethnicity
  • their socio-economic background
  • the gender of the individuals to which they relate

2. Attainment of 2020-21 qualifiers

Qualifiers are recorded in terms of:

  • Ethnicity: white or BAME (black, Asian and minority ethnic), which is broken down into Asian, black, mixed and other in Table 1b
  • EIMD (English Index of Multiple Deprivation): the index relates to areas of England (more than 30,000 of them) and, for our tables, is broken down into five quintiles, with 1 being the most deprived fifth of areas and 5 being the least deprived fifth
  • Gender: male, female or other.

Key

  • N = No students in this population
  • N/A = not applicable as no students in this mode of study
