A regular guest speaker at LFA, Gavin is an acclaimed producer who has worked on projects with the BFI, Film4, Google, Tate Modern, the BBC and Channel 4. Gavin recently produced the feature film 'Pin Cushion' for the BFI and Dignity Film Finance. The film was selected as the Opening Film for the 74th Venice Critics’ Week, as well as being nominated for three BIFAs, including Breakthrough Producer, and shortlisted for the Evening Standard Film Awards.

Gavin’s other credits include feature documentaries 'The People vs George Lucas' (SXSW) and 'Boy Cheerleaders' for the BBC’s Wonderland series. Gavin has also had four short films selected for Sundance, one nominated by the Royal Television Society and three shortlisted for the Oscars.
Gavin is currently Head of Production at DAZED Media where he's also Managing Editor of global video channel NOWNESS, working with both emerging and established filmmakers to showcase inspiring films about art, design, music, fashion, beauty, food, travel and culture.
